Each BANDWIDTH event will feature a moderated panel discussion by music industry experts & professionals, followed by an audience-driven Q&A and networking opportunity. This series will be free and open to everyone! The goal of this project will be to strengthen Kingston’s music scene through professional development, knowledge sharing, collaboration, and networking.

Whether you’re a seasoned performer or stepping onto the stage for the first time, the Youth Open Mic is your platform to showcase your creativity and passion. It’s also a fantastic opportunity to connect with other local youth musicians and expand your network. Bring your family and friends, admission is free!

Thanks to our partnership with Long & McQuade Kingston, we are raffling off a guitar at our Youth Open Mic series. Each performance earns you an entry. The more you perform, the better your chances. The winner will be announced at our May event.
This event is also in partnership with Youth Imagine the Future, a festival that inspires young artists to explore climate solutions through creative expression.
Youth Open Jam at Roswell Rehearsals
Calling all youth musicians! Roswell Rehearsals, Kingston’s premier rehearsal space, is back! In collaboration with Roswell Rehearsals, we are hosting a FREE open jam session on Sunday, April 13. This is an amazing opportunity for youth to learn how to jam with others, collaborate, and grow their musical skills in a supportive environment.

Joyful Singing Workshop with Coco Love Alcorn
The Fiercely OK Singing Community, in partnership with the Kingston Music Office, is excited to present a special singing workshop with the acclaimed Coco Love Alcorn.
The workshop will take place on Sunday, March 30, at Next Church from 2 to 4 pm, followed by a concert with Coco Love Alcorn at 7:30 pm.
This event is open to all, and if ticketing is a barrier, please reach out to info@fiercelyok.ca for accommodations.

In collaboration with Good Night Out Vancouver (GNOV), the Kingston Music Office hosted a webinar for youth, secondary schools, and anyone interested in advocating for safer gigs. This interactive session, led by Stacey Forrester, co-founder and Education Director of GNOV, provided participants with practical strategies and tools to reduce risks at concerts, parties, and events.
Spring Reverb 2026
SPRING REVERB returns May 28 to 31, 2026, a four-day celebration of live music, workshops, and panels across Kingston. Co-presented by the Kingston Music Office, explore hands-on sessions, mentorship, and industry insight throughout the festival.
